| Description Hendrick is Abilene's only upscale adult fitness facility! We have everything you need to help develop a healthy lifestyle. Our staff is knowlegeable in the most current fitness and weight loss trends. We provide personal training, the Apex BodyBugg, Biometrics Weight loss program, Les Mills group exercise, corporate wellness programs, and the Lighter Side Juice Bar. Our staff of personal trainers holds degrees in a variety of Exercise Science fields and have been certified in the most elite certifying agencies, including the National Academy of Sports Medicine and the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Our group exercise instructors have been certified with Les Mills, based out of Aukland New Zealand. We have over thirty instructors who teach BodyPump (one-hour strength training class), BodyStep (one-hour step aerobics class), BodyCombat (one hour martial arts class), BodyFlow (combination Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates), BodyAttack (sports-inspired workout), and RPM (cardio-spin class).
